Our friends at New Meaning Foundation are hiring a full-time Operations Officer to join their team in providing education to young people who would otherwise be NEET. New Meaning gives young people the chance to uncover their strengths and understand their value. They also have a commercial branch, which builds sustainable and energy-efficient houses.
The ideal candidate for the role should have the following skills:
✔A positive, can-do attitude
✔Good organisation
✔Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
✔Good communication
✔Capable with systems/software
Above all, having a passion and enthusiasm for the work they do is key. The successful candidate will be joining a group of people who care about the students they work with and each other. There is plenty of room for career progression and growth within the company, with New Meaning always looking to create internal career paths.
The rate of pay is £30,000 per annum depending on experience, with an additional £2k attached to targets.
